1. Place contents of bag in a small pot of water. 2. Fill pot with water so that all ingredients are covered. 3. Simmer on low, uncovered. Add water as it evaporates. For prolonged use, store in a mason jar in the fridge between uses.
These are also great in a kettle on the fireplace or a mini crock pot.
